Use of Service
Without limiting other remedies, Global Tech PTE Limited may limit, suspend, or terminate this license and prohibit access to the Global Tech PTE Limited website and delete your user with immediate effect, if we think that you are in breach of this agreement, creating problems, possible legal liabilities, acting inconsistently, infringing someone else's intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent,immoral or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons.
Special conditions
Global Tech PTE Limited does not support any emergency calls (eg: 112, 211, 999, 911) as available
CALL RATES
3.1 Each time you use your Global Tech PTE Limited card, the Credit on your Global Tech PTE Limited card will be reduced by the charges incurred, calculated by Global Tech PTE Limited using the call rates for Global Tech PTE Limited Cards ("Call Rates"). 3.2 All calls using Global Tech PTE Limited Card are charged in one minute increments, rounded up to the nearest minute.
3.3 Call Rates are subject to change at any time.
3.4 Every effort is made to ensure that Call Rates are correct and up to date. Please check the Call Rates for the most up to date rates before you make a call as you will be charged at the then current rates listed at the time you make your call.
Voice Quality
There are the multiple factors which contribute to voice quality at end user side and not all factors that are contributed by Global Tech PTE Limited. Voice quality can be affected due to end user connectivity, last mile internet quality, mobile handset issues and operating system issue. Global Tech PTE Limited will be responsible to ensure the quality in its own network.

Global Tech PTE Limited is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to prote ct against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

In order to protect you and Global Tech PTE Limited from fraudulent transactions, Global Tech PTE Limited may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address.Global Tech PTE Limited also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
Refund policy
Refund cannot be done by Global Tech PTE Limited as it's a PostPaid system. In case of any duplicate transactions being charged to the credit card due to fault of Global Tech PTE Limited payment Gateway, Global Tech PTE Limited will work with the customers card issuing by the Bank for the reversal of the same within the time period as required by the banking system.
